Grosse Pointe. It's a cool city. ^^ Actually, I don't think I've been there, but I do know it's nearby. Unless there are several, but I vaguely remember the movie buzz of it being "local" or something.
Anywhoo, iTunes! I'm not sure if you mean downloading the software, buying music from the apple music store, or buying an iPod.
I have a mac, so iTunes came with it. I love the program! Sure, I can't get all those nifty anime skins for it, but it's funcionality is amazing. So user friendly I could hardly contain my glee. You want to take a song from your CD? Just pop the cd in, check the songs you want and click "upload". The only tricky part about this is configuring the data size on the way in. Basically you want maximum quality for the least amount of space. You can ask me about that if you have trouble.
So, you want to burn that song? Pop in a blank writable CD, and voila~! It burns it.
Say you don't want to hear a song for a while, but don't want to delete it from the list. Just uncheck it! You can easily dl the playlists from the internet for your CDs, so you don't have to type in all the info about the song.
As for buying from the apple music store, it's unbelievably easy. Seriously, if you have questions about anything related to iTunes, i'm sure I can answer - or any other person that has the program.
As for iPods... don't have one yet. I do want to get one eventually. From what I've heard - they are wonderful as well :)
