I had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day, but listening to Stevie Ray Vaughan almost always makes the wretchedness go away.

Actually, it wasn't THAT bad, but it felt like it.

Also, I know some of my friends are going through unrelated rough patches, so I thought I'd just say ~~fuck it~~ ~~uppity women unite~~ hang in there 'cause it will get better. Even when it seems like it won't. Even when it goes from bad to worse. Even when you are face-first, tits up (pardon the expression), or in some similar prostrate position from all the crap this world dishes out. It does get better.
