I got sick this morning and have yet to shake it. I left work early, but didn't have to use any sick leave because I had already worked overtime this week. Yeesh. Since I came home, I am feeling better. A bit light-headed and achy, but no more headaches and heave-hoeing, if you know what I mean. Yes, ew!

As I was talking to JP earlier, I realized suddenly that I completely trust him and it filled me with warm fuzzies. Maybe this isn't a big deal, but for someone who had two long-term relationships in a row end due to the guy's lying, cheating ways, well it's kinda nice. Not that I didn't trust him before this moment...but the cognizance of it is enough to make me very happy. Aw!

In other news, I have been making new lj icons, so look out! The latest is one of JP's cats, Smokey. Ain't he cute?! Smart, too. He likes to run on the treadmill and pull tootsie rolls out of a basket to bat them around the floor. One more time...awwww!
