I'm pathetic. It's a gorgeous Sunday and I can't relax. Momster brings me breakfast and takes me to the movies and still I'm restless. I'm waiting for something to happen. Blegh.

Saw 'Chicago' with Mom and last night went to see 'Shanghai Knights' with the Kid. Definitely liked 'Chicago' - the soundtrack is great! But I am predisposed to love musicals, so...

Jackie Chan's movie was cute, cheesy fun despite Owen Wilson. I'm sorry but I just cannot like him or any of the characters he plays. The damndest thing though is that I think he's a riot, a funny actor who plays the buffoon-ish braggart to the hilt. But there is just something about him that I don't like. Of course, my taste runs more toward the sensitive, brooding hunk *cough* Viggo *cough* or the charming nerd, i.e. Martin Short and Jeff Goldblum. *grin*

I wanted to get my phone today but apparently half of San Antonio decided to get with this century and go buy one as well. The place was packed, there were no clear-cut lines, and no one was taking a number, so I split. I don't like shopping among hoards...I get nervous and agitated. Oh, for a lonely mountain top! *smirk*

Time to download some songs from 'Chicago,' make a list of apartments I will visit this week, and scan some cels. Whee!
