I'll be winging my way to Seattle to taste the delights of Sakura Con and IKEA! Woo! Wish I didn't have to fly. Wish I wasn't such a nancing Mary about air travel.
Well, I managed to move everything out of my apartment and back into my parent's house. I. Never. Want. To. Move. Again. I kinda like the idea of when it's time to go, holding a huge yard sale and starting fresh at your new locale. Yeah.
Family was invaluable during the move. Thank God for them. But they are now driving me BATTY. Seven more weeks until my new place is ready. Come on, seven weeks!
Kidding. I love them to death. But, too much of a good thing, you know?
Have been working crazy hours in preparation for my vacation. Lord help them if someone gets a hangnail...heh. Kidding. My boss and I actually had a nice talk about me getting the Hell out of there. She was encouraging me to finish my second degree (only 30 more hours). Because my Molecular Biology degree did wonders for my career the first time around. >_< If I had started with my company's work program fresh out of high school, I'd probably be a Vice President right now, not because I am so great, but back then I had a lot more ambition before Life sucked me dry. *grin*
ANYWAY. Have been spending waaaay too much time reading and posting on TORn and WotR. Need help for my growing Lord of the Rings obsession. Oh, well. At least it's kept me from buying a couple of cels. Yay! Am currently investigating the wonders of storyboards. $$$ Dammit.
Okay, that's enough silliness for now. Am hungry. Parents have NOTHING to eat. Good thing I brought my peanut butter and jelly!
