Shopping for auto insurance is right on par with the time the eye doctor stuck that metal thing in my eye to check for retinal detachment (like, "If it ain't detached NOW, pliers and a hand grenade wouldn't separate my muscle from my eyeball!")
*sigh*
Looks like JP might have to pay more for his insurance and am feeling a tad guilty about that. Will do my best to inconvenience him as little as possible since he is moving down here to Hades to be with me, a poor schlob who can't get her insurance quote without listening to the operator drone on about his problems with his mother and premature balding in between the questions about what kind of policy I'm looking for. And yes, I know JP is probably reading this, but it's not meant to be bad in any way, shape, or form. This is more a stream of consciousness and also written proof of promised saint-liness for when I am being cranky or unkind. ^^;
I have tonight off. Whee! Rented two DVDs of each show I am in the middle of since I can't remember quite where I left off because it's been FOR-freaking-EVER since I actually watched any of these series.
They are not showing the CowBe movie here. What a shocker. Will probably make the hour and a half commute to Austin to catch it before it disappears all together.
Am definitely going to Padre. Cannot stand being in my parent's house, although I love them terribly. Terribly!
One quiz, then I'm off to finish reading Bridget's Jones: Edge of Reason since it makes me feel better about my life. Then, anime! Whee!
