First, one of my fellow supervisors was diagnosed with cancer. Not only am I worried about her because she is a sweet person and a great team member (unlike some other people who shall remain nameless *cough* Day Team Beotches *cough*) but on the more practical side, Jesse and I will have to cover her shifts until she has gone through her operation and possible treatments. Poor thing.
Second, I came home to find that our neighbor's house had been burgled in broad daylight. The fuckers kicked the door in, took everything they could carry, and no one saw anything! >_<
Worst of all, my cousin who just had a bone marrow transplant is not doing well. The doctors don't think he will make it. He is just three years older than me. I am having flashbacks of all of us playing in my grandparent's backyard; of how we used to go see him in his high school plays. My poor aunt. Of course, the doctors said my brother would never recover after he slipped into a coma and here it is years later and he is doing very well. Doctors don't know everything. So, we will hold onto the hope that got us through Davy-boy's ordeal.
Ah...I feel better just getting this out of my system. *sigh*
San is being a sweetie and taking me out to eat before I go in to work tonight. I want to do something nice for my fellow supervisor but I don't know what. Maybe flowers.
