Not too much going on. We had another fantastic rainstorm with continuous thunder and lightning and I screamed like a little Mary once when I wasn't expecting the BOOM! Feh.
Work has been bearable. We had another meeting, very civilized. Wow! See, the Day Team Beotches won't say anything when I am sitting right in front of them and the bosses are there. Weenies.
And last night I had a true "taste-of-my-own-power." It started when one of the employees was teasing me in front of another associate and a couple of the leads. I am pretty easy-going about that and will repond in kind. However, he went too far and made a comment about me "running around topless."
Silence descended upon the whole group, as everyone stared at him in horror. The employee immediately apologized and I looked around while everyone turned to watch for my reaction. I finally started laughing and everyone joined in. Then I told him never to do that again and everyone scuttled off except the other associate, who just changed the subject. Bwahahaha - POWER! *ahem*
I am supposed to meet Nay-nay for lunch in San Marcos so we can catch up, but I don't know if the weather will cooperate.
JP is leaving Seattle in the morning! ^_^ Whee!
Lord, help me - I am listening to Britney Spears. *grin*
Yes! This is so me...forget the fact that my sentence structure in this journal SUCKS and that I haven't picked up a grammar book since the 5th grade. I rock. And I roll. All day long. Sweet Susie. Grammarily speaking, of course. ^_^
