So full.
Another laaazy day. Woke up late, went to my parent's house and took my mom to the movies (Uptown Girls - cute fluff, but strangely moving). Came home, ordered a pizza, watched the 'Nefertiti' special on Discovery, and painted my toenails.
I *had* wanted to rent 'Sex & the City' as appropriate girly-night-in-front-of-the-tv-with-mud-mask-and-painted-toes show, but Blockbuster wanted me to fill out a whole new application because I had lost my card.
Screw. Them.
Honestly. I have only been renting from Blockbuster for a million years. It's okay. Hollywood Video is right next door and they love me. Kiss ass, Blockbuster! I wouldn't be so mad, except what happened to appreciating the customer? Oh, I guess when you have a billion of them, it's hard to keep them all straight. *flounces off in disgust*
ANYWAY. Have calmed down (obviously) and am looking forward to tomorrow when I get to go shopping for steel-toe boots for work. They gave us all $100 vouchers to buy some safety shoes because we work around heavy machinery, etc. Way to wait seven years, guys!
Mmmm...a pair of red Dr. Martin's is what I *want* but I feel I must go a little more respectable because I am the boss. Maybe a pair of black biker boots with a large shiny buckle. *grin*
Ugh. Gorged on pizza. Evil, greasy, cardiac-arrest-inducing pizza. Goody! There's some left over for lunch tomorrow...
