Sickie-poo

Yuck.

After much kicking of ass by both myself and my team, I came home Friday morning and fell into an exhausted sleep. I woke up a few hours later, sick as a dog. Why? Was it the olive loaf? Maybe my horrible allergy attack? Don't know. At any rate, I had the most horrible headache/nausea combination and I wasn't even hung over! I have basically been sleeping since yesterday around noon. I feel a little better now but am afraid to eat. Yay!

In other news, I got to talk to clampgakuen and she is funny and nice and verra cool. Yo, kea! *waves* I wanna see your cel goodies, stat! ^_~

I saw what my new raise will be and it's not too shabby. Huzzah! There are rumors floating around of a particularly good Christmas bonus as well, but I am not holding my breath. Would be nice though...

Somehow I stumbled across some Escaflowne fanfiction and it has got me addicted to the series all over again. I just watched the first few episodes (this will make my fourth or fifth viewing). Dangerous territory. For a long time I was obsessed with the show, in particular a certain angsty, blond playboy that seems to put everyones' teeth on edge. *sigh* I need help, people. Like Allen, I can't let go. How can I continue with Fruits Basket or PoT when such old space opera dramatics beckon...
