Non-spoilery:
First of all, my butt is numb! Second of all, I got two phone calls from work about 5 minutes before the movie started. But they only called to tell me I won seats to the Spurs basketball game and passes to the company suite therein. wOOt!
But, as to the RotK experience: first off, I really liked the way the theater handled everything. They had wristbands attached to the back of all the chairs and once you picked a seat, it was yours for the rest of the night. I got there almost two hours early and didn't even have to wait in line - they had already let people in. I got a good seat (near the back, on the aisle for easy bathroom access). I had sandwiches, chips, and water at the ready so it was on! And no, I wasn't a cheap bastard: I bought popcorn and soda as well as a raffle ticket the local Ring fan club was hawking.

Okay, that's it. For our area Christmas party this Saturday, we are going to see 'RotK' and go to dinner afterwards, so I'm sure I'll have some fresh insights later (run away while you still can).
