Ring happy bells, across the snow

Just a quick, pouty entry before I head out to the family New Year's Eve party. Thus far the new year has been ushered in with the following details:

1. I had to work today and stayed three hours late. (We hates them, precious!)
2. I started my period. Woo! Happy New Year!
3. The biggest tragedy yet: I bought the wrong kotex! Gor, I wanted the wings!!! Argh! (TMI?)

The good news, however, is that Taco Cabana has won back my love by offering a dozen breakfast tacos for $9.99 (so cheap, I can afford to feed the employees!) and also by playing Elvis Crespo at 5:30 in the morning while normal folk like me are just trying to open their eyes while ordering.
