Half-baked

My German chocolate cake took no prisoners! Nein! Everyone at work gobbled it up and laughed when I told them I had to buy a baking pan because I didn't own one. In a (teeny-tiny) nod to the health conscious, I used Egg Beaters instead of regular eggs. Let's hear it for Health Nut Mel!

Ah, Betty Crocker - you rock in so many, many ways. My first cookbook was a Betty Crocker and I bet I tried over half the recipes in it (during the halcyon days of college, before work sucked the soul from my body). Heh. I will be cooking again in the near future, 'cause I have fresh veggies and I am not afraid to stir fry them!
