News of the Weekend

- Laptop still primary computer. Is nice except for the !@# number keys. I am using my cordless normal-sized keyboard whenever I balance my checkbook, etc.
- Speaking of money, I seem to have lost my check card which freaks me out because it can be used like a credit card. I canceled it and have been obsessively checking my account every few hours for the past two days.
- Also, JP's favorite place at Disney, the Adventurer's Club, is closing and we cannot afford to send him one last time. I feel very full of fail because I can't help him, what with all the traveling I've been doing and will do soon.
- And to that end, where the Hell did all my money go, exactly? It's, like...gone.
- The Kid sent me the songs he wants on his wedding CD and a couple of them are ones my family used to listen to ALL the time when he and I were small. It made me a big ol' sniveling mess. Oy.
- The good news is I was reading some old letters I wrote Nay-nay our first year of college (she had given them back to me last Christmas) and in no time I was howling with laughter. The things I came up with...little drama queen! The memory of those times, my oh my:

"Basically Scott (high school boyfriend) told me he loves me more than a friend but less than a girlfriend. Basically, he can go to Hell!"
