melcreada: (tutu still unwritten)
Ooooh, my hip hurts. Suprisingly, everything else is okay. Tummy is a little shaky, but after I eat a couple of meals, I should be okay.

I had yet another freaky dream last night. Since it was so emotional towards the end, I can't recall it with great detail, but I'm listing what I do remember here. Cut for those not interested in the creepy inner workings of my mind.

- we find ourselves in alternate universe
- we can control things with our mind, but we don't know that in the beginning
- how we got there, don't know
- it's me, the 'rents, davy, and chris
- we are looking for our little brother (not the Kid and also, sorry, Paul - you were cut from this dream) who is about 3 or 4 and has gone missing
- as soon as we get to this world, the gov't police show up (scary as hell) and try to detain us.
- we escape, but they are always right behind us.
- it's takes us awhile to realize that every time you use your mind control, conscious or unconscious, it registers with the police and if they don't recognize you, they send a dispatch out to bring you in for questioning, other nasty things
- we find our brother in a school on a hill. There are lots and lots of children and almost no adults
- we come to realize that the school is a sort of heaven on this world: my brother is dead.
- the people keep their dead close by so they can communicate with them, but we are not allowed to stay because the police don't want strangers in this world (no clue why they just accepted our brother)
- we decide to leave in two groups, going home two separate ways. Chris and Davy leave first because they are going to draw the police off our trail.
- after they leave, we make one final stop on the hill to say goodbye. It is absolutely heartwrenching. My baby brother doesn't want us to leave, but we told him we can talk to him every day at 3 p.m. sharp (apparently if we all think about each other at the same time, we will be able to communicate with him even from across other dimensions).
- he smiles and says okay, but looks so sad that I clutch him and hug him one last time before i see the police coming up the hill.
- we take off (on horses, wot?) and when we return home only Chris is there. He's packing some gear, saying Davy got stuck in another world and is in trouble. And we're off again! But then I woke up...

All in all, a very poignant dream.
