More dreams

Wow.

Okay.

Embarrassing confession #767: The dream I had last night was both funny and pathetic. Pathetic in the sense that I am waaaay too emotionally invested in American Idol. So, the dream is that JP and I are living in a house that looks a lot like my parent's place, except it has a huge lawn. On the side of the house, AI contestent Blake Lewis has set up a DJ station, including some instruments and a small stage. Every evening, he plays music and sings and there is a big party on my lawn.

Well, this is all fine until one day Blake tells me he doesn't love me. So, JP gets mad at him for hurting my feelings (how sweet is that?) and also he's upset because Blake is ruining the lawn. So he tells Blake to clean up the yard and get the Hell out. The dream ends as I am going outside to check on him and he is all sweaty and mad and, strangely enough, talking to my brother's roommate. Huh.

BWAHAHAHA. Oh, bebe. Don't worry — you are perfectly semi-sane. At least as much as I am. (Hee! Cold comfort?!) I've become obsessed with 24 since I bought my brother the first season as a stocking stuffer over Christmas, and last week, I dreamt that I was trapped and handcuffed in a secret prison/holding room with Kiefer Sutherland and begged him to make like Jack Bauer and get our asses outta there.

"Sweetheart, I'm an actor," he said, rolling his eyes and lighting up a cigarette.

At which point I said, "Oh, we're fucked. Gimme a Camel." And I've never smoked anything in my life.

Like I said, totally normal. *g*
