Cool! San Marcos is a nice little town. I live less than an hour away and my friend lives north of Austin, so it is like a half way point for us.
I have been very remiss because as often as I've been to the area and all the time I've spent hanging at the university library (GEEK!) and partying downtown, I've never been inside Cheatham. Must remedy that in the near future...
