Called into work because tonight is the last chance I'll have to hang out with the Kid before he leaves. I won't go into that right now, but waaaah!
Normally, I don't feel bad about calling into work because I don't do it very often and it's usually for a good reason. But, I was checking my email and my boss sent me one earlier this week reaming me for something that I did quite unconsciously. I sent an email congratulating one of the employees on their recent promotion (like she asked me to). However, I also sent it to the day team management team as well as the director. Well, the director got after her because she was supposed to list the job vacancy and she didn't...she just picked one of our employees and gave him the position. Oops. Well, I didn't know. But now I feel funny about calling in. Grrr...now I'll be thinking about this all night.
Is there anyone out there who doesn't hate their job? What makes it good? Just curious (and jealous). ^^;;
Spent some lovely time at he bookstore yesterday. Yes.

Sorry to hear about your job. >_< I actually don't "hate" my job, it's just boring and repetitive and obnoxious sometimes. :\
