I love Albinoni's Adagio in G minor. It is such a beautiful piece, even though it makes me think of funeral processions or at best, the soundtrack to a particularly heart-wrenching scene in a movie.
Believe it or not, probably the most emotional piece of music that I've listened to is "Concerning Hobbits." My heart just swells when I hear it. I love it so much, that I had the organist at my wedding play "Many Meetings" for the prelude of my marriage ceremony. I couldn't find sheet music for "Concerning Hobbits", but "Many Meetings" is a variation of it. :D
