Spent a lovely hour reading a little Shakespeare and some random poetry while listening to Haydn.

Doubt thou the stars are fire,
Doubt that the sun doth move,
Doubt truth to be a liar,
But never doubt I love.

(Hamlet Act 2 Scene 2)

Later, went out with my sweetie and that was lovely, too.

Have committed myself to rereading Edith Hamilton's Mythology. Might tackle The Odyssey and The Illiad (if I can find them amongst my book piles) because I forgot how much I liked reading about all the gods and goddesses and their offspring, and all the asshat-y things they do to beguile their time. Also, because I no longer have to be worried about how I can stretch the Homeric quest theme into a 20-page term paper.

Hauling out Edith Hamilton does sounds like a good idea :) I think everyone goes through a greek mythology period somewhere inbetween dinosauars and Egyptian Pharohs.

I'm sorry your trip to Padre fell through >.< Does this mean I won't get to see you at AX either :(

Oh, totally...bring on the hot Greek gods! ^_~

Yeah, the Padre thing was a bummer. ;_;

However, it still looks like AX is in my future. I should know in the next couple of days (badgering my brother about my airline ticket to Yuma). I'll keep ya'll updated!
