Despite the fact that there has been no inspection done and I only have one loan rate locked, I am hereby throwing caution to the winds and showing everyone what will soon be my new home! So hopefully I'm not counting unhatched chickens, jumping the gun, etc, etc. But the seller has accepted my offer and JP wants some good news in my LJ 'cause I will be the first to admit I've been somewhat of a pill lately. >_<

Thanks! I took one look at the tub and started drooling. And just to clarify, a BOEING 747 hanger would not be large enough to fit all of JP's toys. LOL!!!!
