Despite the fact that there has been no inspection done and I only have one loan rate locked, I am hereby throwing caution to the winds and showing everyone what will soon be my new home! So hopefully I'm not counting unhatched chickens, jumping the gun, etc, etc. But the seller has accepted my offer and JP wants some good news in my LJ 'cause I will be the first to admit I've been somewhat of a pill lately. >_<

Yes! It had to be at least partial brick because the seasons are so hard on any other type of siding: extreme heat, humidity, drought, flooding, hail, the occasional twister, aaaand enough bugs to demolish a house before you know it. Gotta love south Texas. ^_~
