To sleep or not to sleep...

that is the question.

I felt horrible yesterday and called in sick. *gasp* I felt really bad about doing it, but I knew if I went to work, I'd just make it worse. I spent the evening lying on the couch while the Kid watched 'Cowboy Bebop.' I slept a good 15 hours on Wednesday night/Thursday afternoon. THEN I slept another 8 hours last night. Something's wrong...especially when I feel like I could easily sleep some more right now.

I have been buying stuff left and right. You'd think I was rich or something. The Kid's and JP's birthdays are back to back...they are going to break me as the years go by. LOL...

I watched the first three episodes of 'Arjuna.' I rather liked it. Even the bonk on the head from the Anvil of Obviousness regarding pollution was well done. Will watch more of the series. Hmmm...am now in the middle of 6 series. Yay, me. *shakes head dolefully*

Am feeling rather chipper, as I have mailed off certain IRS stuff, paid my bills, and worked out. Tomorrow, Momster will be visiting me after work as Creepy Maintenance Man will be in the apartment and although it sounds silly, I'd rather have someone to hang out with while he disembowels my dryer vent. *shrug* Anyway, it's always good to see Mom.

I have been feeling very domestic lately...I'm sure it won't last, but it's nice while it does. *putter, putter*

If you ask me, the answer to that is aways TO SLEEP! My theory is that Sleep is the essence of life, the more the marrier. ^_~

Glad you got your tax things all taken care of and just waiting for that big fat refund. Wheee!! ^^ IRS..... *shudders*

My father used to wake us up early on weekends so we wouldn't "waste the day." Ever since then, sleeping has felt vaguely sinful... LOL!
