Wanna bust a gut laughing and still have your love of PotC-slash satisfied? Check this out!
Went to see 'PotC' again with the Kid. It was better the second time around, I think. The Kid loved it. I thought he was gonna hurt himself, laughing so much.
( Boring, whiny family crap )
For dinner, JP and I went to have Indian food and we discussed the idea behind Johnny Depp's flamboyent tendencies, i.e. foppish affectations abounded among the gents in that time period, maybe he was making fun of said gentlemen, or perhaps he used to be such a gentleman. Now that I think about it, his performance does have a certain 'Scarlet Pimpernel' flavor to it. Anyone ever see the Jane Seymour version? Truly excellent. Also, wasn't Zorro's alter ego, Don Pedro rather girly?
I think about these things too much.
So many things to do...I find great delight in avoiding them all. *sigh*
( Here quizzie, quizzie, quizzie. )
Feel like having a little drinky on the patio and listening to some Alice in Chains. Yes.
