Okay, seriously: can anyone give me a reason to keep watching Jubei-chan 2? I am on episode 7 and not feeling the love at ALL. I like Ayunosuke, but so far I haven't seen enough of her to keep my interest. Jubei's angst is so...weird. I dunno. Thoughts? Opinions? I just don't want to waste my time and my Netflix list is way, way long.
Also, Ouran episode 10 has killed me dead. Best episode yet!
I was suprised that it had so much heart. Apart from the glaring contrivance, the actual break up parts were very true-to-life and painful: how they reacted to being hurt by each other and their attempts to get over each other and get each other back. Her response of "I don't think I have anything left to give" sounds so familiar. The main thing that bugged me was that Vince's character showed almost no redeeming qualities until the very end. Huh. I liked the ending, too. It fit very well, I thought.

And! I was a huge fan of the ending, but thought the rest of middle America might absolutely hate it 'cause it's not your typical saccharine ending ... though I think I liked it even more for that. Besides, that's just what happens sometimes, y'know?
Aaaand, end rant, exit stage left.

Love your icon BTW. Mmmm, young Viggo.
