Had the day off today because I am working Saturday (6am-4pm, yuck). So, JP and I went to San Marcos to visit the King of the Hill exhibit at Texas State University. Tons of scripts, letters, and memorabilia from the show are being displayed and archived as part of the Southwestern Writers Collection. Lots of interesting stuff, including notes and rewrites and the like. Although I've never watched it regularly, it was still incredibly interesting to see how an animated show is produced. Sweetness.
In other news, I am also not a huge fan of Avril Lavigne, but she is responsible for SMAP singing the words, "Hell, yeah, I'm the motherfuckin' princess." Ergo, she can do no wrong in my eyes. So much awesome. Who the Hell got me watching SMAP again? *stares in the general direction of
