So, this weekend JP attended San Japan, San Antonio's fledgling anime con. I didn't go, because I was spending time with the familia. Well, unbeknownst to me, JP had a plan. Early on Sunday, he had asked to take a picture of my Tokidoki bag because he was arguing about it on a forum. This was not an unusual request - he takes weird/crazy pictures of me/stuff all the time. So, I pulled it out without another thought.
Well, he came back from the con with this:
He had commissioned a sketch from Artist Alley of my FAVORITE Avatar character, Sokka, with my FAVORITE handbag (for those of you who don't know, Sokka has a very developed feminine side without being really girly).
I just don't know what to say sometimes. Thank you, honey. I love you. After such a crap week, this just made me smile.

Playin' catch-up with mah flist and just saw what's been going on — gah, funerals are just so ... yes.

And this? Aw, now I've got honkin' case of the warm fuzzies. JP gets the Best BF Award!
(And I keep hearing that I have to get into Avatar — apparently, this is even MOAR true now that I know you're a fan. *G*)
