Seriously? I have eaten all kinds of cuisine from all around the world and yet sometimes the only thing I want is refried beans on a flour tortilla. Mmmmm...

Right? It's not even cold here, but something about this time of year makes me want carbs ALL THE TIME. Homemade tortillas are the best kind of fattening...LOL.

It's strange - nothing intimidates me in the kitchen like Mexican food. I grew up watching and helping make all the staples, but somehow when I make it now on my own, it just doesn't taste as good. :(
