Well, well...Thanksgiving is coming soon and I shall revel in some much needed time off. Did mundane things yesterday like run errands and shop. Had breakfast and dinner with the parents and that's always nice. Can't relax because I know work is looming in the distance.
Am craving a fruit cup in the worst way. Down here in the "barrio" one of our favorite treats is to chop up some cantelope, watermelon, peach, mango, pineapple, and cucumber and then pour picante (chili powder and similar seasonings) and lime all over it. Sounds disgusting, but is heavenly.
Was just thinking of more celebrities that women gush over but I just don't get. I mean, with the exception of 'Gladiator,' I don't see the fascination with Russell Crowe. I also don't understand the whole David Boreanaz thing (sorry Buffy fans). And now that I think of it, Keanu Reeves doesn't really do it for me. Of course, the height of sexiness for me involves Alan Rickman, John Cusack, and Dom Monaghan so I guess we all have our eclectic tastes. ^_~
Where now the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing?
Where is the helm and the hauberk, and the bright hair flowing?
