Yay, no class Thursday! I love this prof already! I think that sentence was incorrect! I'm happy and silly! Whee...
This weekend our phone went on the fritz and of course their customer service doesn't work weekends (man, how do I get that gig?!). Well, I called the repair line and got some snooty guy who said that there was no problem with my line, which meant that there was something wrong with my wiring and/or jacks and that someone would have to come over, blah-blah-blah-holy-crap-it's-going-to-cost-how-much?!?! Unbelievable how much they were going to charge us...$30 for the visit and if they actually did anything, $100 for the first half hour and $40 every half hour after that.
Long story short: the apartment handyman came and tested our jacks, etc and said the problem was outside the apartment so I called SBC again and they had to come out and fix the problem for free. Ha, HA!!! I LOVE winning! I love being right! Eat it, SBC!
Have so much to do, I feel exhausted just thinking about it. I am eyeballing a certain cel on Y!J and I should just knock it off, already. *^_^*
